My journey has not been an easy one with so much illness from a young age, failed relationships and careers and a deep longing to know what my purpose was. However after years of searching, and never giving up, I finally found the answers I was looking for and they were inside of me all along. Now its time for me to share my journey and the knowledge Ive learnt in hopes it will help you too!

My Story

 

From tap and jazz to hip-hop and funk, I took every dance class I could as a kid. When I decided to make fitness a priority, I thought I needed to hit the gym. It turns out I just needed to get back on the dance floor. Now I'm sharing my moves and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through virtual fitness classes.
